Terms and Conditions

The rules that apply when you access or use AppHunter.

Last updated: 8 September 2026
AppHunter provides research and brainstorming support. It does not promise income, profitability, funding, or business success.

By using AppHunter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service and AI results

AppHunter provides brainstorming and market-research assistance. Results may be generated or summarised using automated systems and publicly available, licensed, or third-party research and data. AppHunter does not claim to have invented every idea, nor does it guarantee that an idea is novel, available, legally protectable, technically feasible, commercially viable, or free from third-party rights.

Results are estimates and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular business decision. They are for general informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, technical, or professional advice. You should independently verify sources, conduct appropriate market and legal due diligence, and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

No promise of income or business success

Any statement, advertisement, example, ranking, score, forecast, or wording suggesting that an app idea can make you rich, generate a million dollars, achieve guaranteed revenue, or otherwise produce a particular result is promotional or illustrative only and is not a promise, warranty, or prediction of earnings. Results depend on many factors outside AppHunter’s control, including your execution, skills, resources, competition, timing, market conditions, regulation, and user demand. Past examples or research do not guarantee future results.

You alone decide whether to pursue an idea, what product to build, how to build it, and whether to spend money or disclose information. AppHunter is not responsible for your product, business, code, marketing, compliance, intellectual-property clearance, user outcomes, revenue, losses, or decisions based on a result, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Research and third-party information

AppHunter may link to or refer to third-party websites, datasets, tools, sources, or services. We do not control or endorse them and do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, licensing status, or completeness. You are responsible for checking source terms, licences, attribution requirements, privacy obligations, and intellectual-property restrictions before using or commercialising anything.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and must not abuse the service, circumvent credits or access controls, submit unlawful content, scrape the service, or use it to attack or harass others.

Subscriptions

AppHunter offers free access and paid plans. The paid plans currently cost €10 per month or €49 per year before any clearly disclosed temporary discount. Prices are shown at checkout; the primary currency is euro, although the payment provider may display another supported currency. There is currently no free trial. Stripe processes payments. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your account’s Stripe management portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paid subscribers receive 100 credits per billing month. Free users receive 10 credits per month. Credits renew with the applicable monthly cycle and unused credits expire at the end of that cycle; they have no cash value and are not transferable. Annual subscribers receive their 100-credit monthly allowance during each monthly cycle within the annual billing period.

Withdrawal, refunds, and digital-service conformity

EU/EEA consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. If you ask us to begin supplying the service during that period, we may require the express consent and acknowledgements required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory remedies for a digital service that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract. Depending on the circumstances, a consumer may be entitled to correction, continued supply, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or a refund. Refund requests and complaints may be sent to apninesupport@gmail.com. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable after purchase. Cancelling a plan prevents the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Any legally required withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property and user content

AppHunter and its software, branding, interfaces, and original materials remain owned by AppHunter or its licensors. You retain rights you already have in content you submit. You grant AppHunter a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. We do not guarantee that generated results are unique, protectable, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for checking intellectual-property, confidentiality, and licence issues before using or commercialising an idea or output.

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential, malicious, or unauthorised personal data. If you share content publicly, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions.

If you share an idea through AppHunter, you must credit AppHunter by naming the app in the manner shown by the service. You remain responsible for ensuring that your sharing does not disclose confidential information or violate another person’s rights.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including AI providers, when necessary for maintenance, safety, cost, or legal reasons.

Suspension, termination, and complaints

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, non-payment, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Before account deletion, you should export content you wish to keep. Send complaints to apninesupport@gmail.com. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to use competent courts, consumer authorities, or legally available dispute mechanisms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppHunter is provided without guarantees that results will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, these terms do not affect any mandatory rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law. Where digital-content or digital-service withdrawal rights apply, any exception or loss of that right will be presented and obtained as required by law before the service begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to AppHunter’s place of establishment, without depriving consumers of protections that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Consumers may also use any mandatory local courts, complaint mechanisms, or alternative dispute-resolution rights available to them.
